About this file
This is a Price Schedule document for lodging services submitted in response to a formal request for bid issued by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The DNR seeks single occupancy lodging accommodations for up to 35 people during October 5-8, 2026, within 15 miles of 402 SE 11th Street, Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Prospective bidders were required to submit responses through the Supplier Portal, with a question submission deadline of August 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. The solicitation references detailed specifications contained in a sample contract provided in Exhibits C and C Supplement 1. All inquiries regarding the solicitation must be directed to the designated buyer, Sheri Karpenko, at sheri.karpenko@state.mn.us, and communications with other state personnel may result in response rejection.
The price schedule document establishes the pricing framework for lodging services to be provided during the specified dates. Bidders were required to submit pricing information through the formal bid process, with technical support available through the SWIFT Vendor Helpline at 651.201.8100, Option 1 for upload or submission issues. The procurement follows Minnesota state purchasing procedures and requires responses to conform to all terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation materials and sample contract exhibits.
