About this file
This is a Price Schedule document supporting a single occupancy lodging procurement by the State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The DNR seeks lodging accommodations for up to 175 attendees in the Little Falls, Minnesota area (within 30 miles of 15000 Highway 115) during April-May 2025. The procurement specifications are detailed in Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1 of the accompanying sample contract. Submissions must be made electronically through the SWIFT portal, with vendor inquiries directed to the designated buyer. The DNR will issue only one purchase order per vendor, and payment will be processed only after services are received and approved, with no partial payments permitted.
The price schedule establishes the pricing framework for the lodging services to be provided under this procurement. Vendors are responsible for reviewing all attachments and compliance requirements outlined in the solicitation materials. The DNR retains the authority to determine whether vendors meet the specified requirements for this lodging contract opportunity.
