About this file
This is a Price Proposal Form submitted as part of the University of Maryland's Real Estate Advisory Services procurement. The form serves as Attachment 1 to the proposal submission requirements and establishes the structured pricing framework that bidders must utilize when responding to the solicitation. The document outlines the specific format and line items through which qualified real estate advisory firms must present their pricing for services encompassing property acquisition, disposition, development, asset privatization, developer engagement, and ongoing advisory support across multiple project categories including student housing, faculty/staff housing, athletic facilities, research spaces, and commercial development.
The Price Proposal Form establishes the pricing submission methodology and requires bidders to present costs in accordance with the University's standardized format. The form functions as the official pricing document through which proposers communicate their fee structures, billing rates, and cost proposals for the real estate advisory services contract. Submission of the completed form is mandatory for proposal acceptance, and pricing proposals must align with all terms and conditions specified in the solicitation documents. The form ensures consistency and comparability across all submitted proposals, enabling the University to evaluate bids on equivalent pricing bases and make informed procurement decisions.
