PRICE LIST SPREADSHEET.xlsx

This document appears to be a price list spreadsheet template for a state or local government contracting opportunity. It includes detailed instructions and field requirements for suppliers to populate with product information such as short and long descriptions, NIGP codes, pricing, delivery timelines, and manufacturer details. The spreadsheet template indicates this is likely part of a larger solicitation or contract, with instructions to input data into a specific tab labeled "Sheet1". The requested information covers a wide range of product categories, with suppliers required to provide unique part numbers, search terms, and hyperlinks. Submissions appear to be due on an ongoing basis, with the contract term and renewal options not specified.

The pricing terms call for discounted and MSRP pricing to be provided, though the overall contract structure, award process, and funding sources are not detailed. The spreadsheet template also references set-asides, incumbents, and a current product environment, but specific details on these are not included. Suppliers are likely required to register with the state or local agency issuing this opportunity, as referenced by the unique supplier ID number field.
