The supplied pressure washer system (whether a single combined unit or multiple linked units) must meet or exceed the following physical, functional, and performance requirements:

Feature Minimum Requirement System Type Stationary unit(s) capable of supplying water to two independent wash bays/sprayers.

Water Temperature Must be capable of outputting water at or above 175 degrees Fahrenheit.

Output Pressure Must output at least 3,000 PSI to both sprayers simultaneously.

Water Flow Rate Must output at least 3.5 Gallons Per Minute (GPM) to both sprayers simultaneously.

Hose & Reels Must include two (2) heavy-duty hose reels, each equipped with a minimum of 100 feet of high-pressure hose.

Control System Must include remote box functions. Controls for the system must be mounted locally next to or nearby each of the two sprayer stations.

Utility Compatibility Must be compatible with on-site utilities: Electrical (120V, 277V, or 480V available) and Natural Gas (2 PSIG available).

4.0 Incidental Installation and Setup

The Contractor shall perform all necessary labor to set up the system and integrate it into the facility.

• Facility Layout: The two sprayers will be located on opposite sides of the Wash Rack building (approximately 100 ft wide and 40 ft tall).

• Operational Testing: Upon completion of setup, the Contractor shall test the system to ensure both wash bays can operate simultaneously at the required PSI, GPM, and temperature.

• Site Security & Cleanup: The Contractor shall safeguard all Government property provided for Contractor use. At the close of each work period, Government facilities, equipment, and materials shall be secured. The Contractor must remove all shipping materials, crates, and debris from the installation site upon completion.
