QUESTIONS
Q1: The specifications call for 4’ sections of new bumpers to be installed on 600 pilings.
Some pilings are longer than others and may want a longer section than 4’. Explain?
A1: Some pilings require an 8’ section of bumper instead of 4’. This shall be accomplished by using two 4’ sections or an uncut 8’ section of bumper. Any excess bumpers will be given to the park to be stored for future use.
Q2: What is the intent with the E-Z Lok Threaded insert?
A2: The intent was to make installation/maintenance of the ladder easier from above, without having to work from the water.
