Moron, Spain. The seed project will construct an aircraft parking apron expansion to include the following scope items:

• Environmental Protection and Spill Control for all areas impacted by the project.

• Extension of the new Munitions Roadway from C Avenue to the new parking apron.

• Relocation of critical overhead electrical lines to underground duct bank.

• Apron high mast lighting

In accordance with DFARS 236.204(v), the magnitude of construction for this project is between

$25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The period of performance for this project is approximately

1,038 calendar days after notice to proceed.

This solicitation is being advertised as "Unrestricted" for full and open competition. The solicitation including the specifications will be formatted as an RFP in accordance with the requirements designated by FAR 15.103-1 for a best value tradeoff source selection process. The offeror with the best value proposal for the seed project will be awarded a contract and a task order for the seed project. Additional remaining offerors who offer best value proposals will be awarded a basic contract and a task order for the overall minimum guarantee of $10,000 for the term of the contract.
