The RFP is seeking proposals for structured cabling and wiring systems inside State premises and between adjacent buildings, as well as site survey and system analysis services. The Procurement Officer provided an overview of the RFP, including the 10% MBE goal, submission requirements, and technical evaluation criteria, which will be weighted equally against the financial proposals. The resulting Master Contracts will provide State agencies with the flexibility to obtain cable and wiring products and/or services quickly and efficiently through Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) specific to their needs. The proposals are due by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, and late submissions will not be accepted. The contract term and any renewal options were not specified in the summary.
