Subject: PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO 47PB0023R00634 VA Norris Cotton Restack, at the Norris Cotton Federal Building, Manchester, NH

Pre-Proposal /On Site Visit:

Location: 275 Chestnut Street, Manchester, New Hampshire.03101

Date: May 22, 2023, Time: 11:00 AM

Important Note: No more than four (4) representatives from each offeror. Unless the Contractors have clearance for the building the contractor will need to make time to go through security. They will be screened by FPS at the door. GSA Representative will meet Contractors there and escort them through the buildings.

Offerors should notify Paul Murphy at paul.murphy@gsa.gov and Carolyn Weekes at carolyn.weekes@gsa.gov , of the names of the persons who will attend the Pre-Proposal Site Visit. Notification shall be provided at least two working days prior to the scheduled Site Visit, Attendance at this on-site visit is vital to the preparation of a competitive, cost effective, and accurate proposal in accordance with the technical and price requirements. It will enable the contractor to become acquainted with the areas which require special attention. Contractors are reminded to dress appropriately.

The Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted via teleconference on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 11:00AM. It will provide an opportunity to discuss and clarify the solicitation provisions. It is important to note nothing said or represented at the site visit will automatically modify the solicitation requirements unless followed by a written amendment.

Contractors are required to wear face coverings when gaining access to and working within GSA-controlled facilities. Exceptions may apply for reasons such as impracticality, health or other bases, and shall be approved by the Contracting Officer. Face coverings will not be provided to contractors by the Government. Contractors should maintain social distancing measures when practicable. Individuals may be required to lower their face coverings if requested when passing through security checkpoints.

The offeror shall confirm with the GSA representative onsite where and when photographs are permissible

After the Pre-proposal Site visit interested Contractors are requested to submit ALL questions in writing to Paul Murphy, Contract Specialist, at paul.murphy@gsa.gov and the Contracting Officer, Carolyn Weekes at carolyn.weekes@gsa.gov within two (2) business days after the date of the Pre-Proposal Conference in order to facilitate preparation of responses. Each question should clearly specify the Section, Page and Paragraph, to which it refers. Answers to questions will be published in SAMs https://sam.gov
