About this file

This document is pre-bid conference notes for Request for Proposals (RFP) #103A/B/C-18 for Water Transportation Services - Routes F1, F2H, and F4 issued by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). The MBTA held a bidders' conference on August 13, 2018 to discuss topics and provide clarifications. The notes indicate that RFP 103A-18 for Route F1 has an amendment containing a revised complete RFP document. The MBTA is requesting bidders provide pricing for each individual route and a second price if awarded all the routes to realize operational efficiencies.

The pricing clarifications request multiple bids - one for each route as a standalone award, and a second price if the bidder is awarded all the routes. No other salient pricing information, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract term details are provided in the document.
