About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Federal Bureau of Investigation RFP 15F06726R000784 for medical supplies, consisting of eight clarifications provided by the government in response to offeror inquiries. The solicitation concerns an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for 584 line items of medical supplies and equipment to support medical deployment kits and the Occupational Health and Operational Medicine program, with a single award anticipated.

Key clarifications from the government include: all 584 line items must be priced with a quantity of one unit for both base and option periods; historical supply order data is unavailable as orders are placed on an as-needed basis; offerors must price all items in the Product Pricing Matrix, with equivalent products acceptable only if specific items are unavailable; shipping must be quoted F.O.B. destination with delivery time and shipping fees for overseas locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) assessed at time of order; the mandatory three-day After Receipt of Order (ARO) shipping requirement applies to Continental United States (CONUS) deliveries only, with government priority ordering no longer required; orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer; and a signed Standard Form 33 (SF-33) is not required with proposals, though submissions must be signed by an authorized organizational official and reference RFP terms and conditions.
