About this file

This document is an attachment to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Management Services (the Department) for Third Party Administrative (TPA) Services for Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) coverage. The ITN requests pricing proposals for administering the Department's current PPO plan options, including Standard and High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) PPOs, for an initial three-year contract period from 2024 through 2026, with up to three optional one-year renewals through 2029. Respondents must provide fixed core administrative fees per member per month (PEPM) for claim adjudication, customer service, network access/management, and care management.

The pricing proposal requires respondents to detail their fees across the initial contract period and optional renewals. Respondents must note any key assumptions in the provided explanation column, which is limited to 400 characters. The ITN does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding requirements, but indicates the Department is the procuring agency for the state of Florida, covering jurisdictions such as Leon County and the City of Tallahassee.
