The anticipated evaluation and negotiation phases will take place from October 2022 to May 2023, with a tentative notice of intent to award posted on May 16, 2023.
The Certificate of Compliance requires respondents to confirm that Attachment J was only distributed to certain departments, copied only onto specified operating systems, and that all copies have been deleted or destroyed. Respondents must also confirm that each person who accessed the data has been informed of the requirements.
