About this file

This document is an Amendment No. 1 to a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) issued by the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) for an HPE Aruba wireless network expansion. The PORFP is seeking proposals from Master Contractors awarded under the state's Hardware 2012 Master Contract to provide 185 Aruba access points, associated licenses, and 10-packs of mounting brackets. Proposals are due by November 22, 2022 at 12:00 PM. The contract requires inside delivery with white glove service, including unpacking and removal of pallets and packaging waste. The items are to be delivered by June 30, 2023.

The PORFP provides two purchase options for the Aruba access points and associated equipment. Pricing and adherence to the delivery requirements will be the primary evaluation criteria. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, limited to certified small businesses in Maryland. Invoices must include specific information and be submitted within 30 days after receipt.
