About this file
This document is a Section M-Evaluation Factors for Award for a roof replacement project involving three buildings (682, 1408, and 1409). The solicitation will be evaluated using either Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable or Trade-off methodology, as determined by the Contracting Officer. The evaluation process will focus on two primary factors: Technical Acceptability and Price Evaluation. Technical Acceptability involves reviewing the contractor's proposed technical and managerial approach to ensure successful contract performance, while Price Evaluation will determine the lowest price based on the total evaluated price (TEP), calculated by summing the offeror's proposed prices for each construction work item in accordance with provided specifications and drawings.
