About this file

This is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) template for companies seeking access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) related to the PMCP Service Support Request for Proposal (RFP). The agreement establishes confidentiality and safeguarding requirements for industry representatives preparing responses to the Draft RFP posted on SAM.gov.

The NDA imposes six primary terms and conditions on receiving parties: all employees, contractors, and agents accessing CUI must be bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those in the agreement; CUI may be used solely for preparing a response to the Draft RFP; no disclosure of CUI to external parties is permitted without prior written Government approval; all personnel reviewing CUI must be U.S. Citizens and authorized under the company's internal security policy; CUI must be marked, handled, stored, and destroyed in accordance with DoDI 5200.48; and upon request, companies must return or certify destruction of all CUI copies. The NDA remains in effect for five years from the date of signature or until superseded by another agreement. Companies must complete a company information section that includes name, CAGE Code, DUNS/UEI Number, business address, and point of contact details. The Government's point of contact is Blake Martin, Contract Specialist, with inquiries directed to SOCOM.PMCP.SPTSVC.RFP.SHDMBX@socom.mil.
