About this file
This document is a Base Access Request (BAR) form for contractors interested in attending the pre-solicitation site visit for a federal contract opportunity. The opportunity is for a Design-Build project to construct a Multi Domain Task Force (MDTF) Intermediate Staging Area (ISA) facility at Fort Magsaysay (FMSS) in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contractors must submit the BAR form with a personnel roster and copies of identification documents by May 21, 2024 to the Site Access Coordinator. A maximum of 4 personnel (2 primary and 2 alternate) per company will be allowed to attend the site visit, with only 2 participants, 1 driver, and 1 vehicle permitted. Contractors requesting access after the deadline may still attend the site visit but must arrange base access on their own. The government plans to issue the solicitation for this project in June or July 2024.
