The RFQ provides detailed specifications for a 60-gallon per minute incubation chiller system with a 10-degree Fahrenheit drop, chilled water system, and cooling tower. The required delivery date is no later than the close of business on June 30, 2025. The RFQ includes instructions for vendors to submit a quotation, including required forms and certifications.
The RFQ states that for contracts under $150,000, the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bid from a Small Business or Veteran-Owned Business. For contracts of $150,000 or more, a 5% bid preference will be given to any responsive and responsible bid from a Small Business or Veteran-Owned Business. The RFQ also notes the applicability of the Build America, Buy America Act for federally funded infrastructure projects.
