About this file

I appreciate your request, but I'm unable to provide the summary you've requested. While you've provided the metadata and description of the federal contract opportunity (Solicitation W912EF27QA006 for LLA Fish Pump - Motor Rewind issued by the Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District), the actual Performance Work Statement document content itself was not included in your message—only the file name and related opportunity information.

To deliver an accurate and detailed summary of the Performance Work Statement, I would need you to provide the full text or content of the Performance Work Statement.pdf file. Once you share that document content, I can summarize the key objectives, required services, technical specifications, performance requirements, and other relevant details in the professional format you've specified.

The motor housings for both Ideal Electric Single Winding Motors did not conclusively test positive for LBP. However, due to their age and paint appearance, the Contractor shall assume that the housings on both Ideal Electric Single Winding Motors are coated with LBP. Test presumed LBP prior to disturbance.

RCRA metal based paint is defined as paint containing Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Mercury, Selenium, and Silver as defined in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

a. To the maximum extent possible, mechanically disassemble parts by unbolting, unscrewing, uncoupling connections, etc. in a manner to prevent creation of a hazardous waste.
