About this file

This document is an Advanced Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI) from the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) that outlines potential future contracting opportunities for fiscal years 2025-2026.

The APBI provides an overview of the PEO C3T community, including current services contracts, upcoming technical exchange meetings, and industry engagement processes. It describes the scope of the event, which covers all competitive contracts and task orders with forecasted Request for Proposal (RFP) releases across various Product Service Codes relating to communications, IT, and engineering services. The document lists current active contracts, planned follow-on efforts, and new future opportunities, providing details on contract numbers, ceilings, award sizes, contract types, and expected solicitation and award dates. Key focus areas include systems engineering, program management, satellite communications, tactical networks, and mission command support. The APBI indicates the event will be held in a hybrid format, with in-person and virtual attendance options.
