About this file

This document is a Plumbing Second Level Demolition Plan related to a state and local contract opportunity for interior modifications to a tenant space owned by the Assabet Valley Collaborative, the Awarding Authority for the Evolution Program, located at 28 Lord Road, 2nd level suite in Marlborough, MA. The plan outlines the general existing conditions, demolition notes, and a floor plan for the plumbing work required, including removing existing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and associated appurtenances. The contract opportunity is for Flooring Contractors and Filed Sub-Bid Contractors, and the state and local jurisdictions involved are Massachusetts, Middlesex County, and Lowell City.

The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. The focus is on the technical scope of work for the plumbing demolition as part of the interior modifications to the tenant space.
