9 Section F of the RFP lists the space and equipment that PBGC presumably pays for directly. What is not clear to me is how are postage, paper, other office supplies, office cleaning, and any other expenses handled?
Am I to include as part of the indirect cost in the labor rates or are those direct billed to PBGC?
Space and equipment are paid for by PBGC. Postage, paper, other office supplies, and travel are reimbursed in accordance with solicitation clause PBGC-44-001 OTHER DIRECT COSTS. Office cleaning is paid for through PBGC.
