About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and information on a related federal contract opportunity for railroad tamping and crossing repair services. The National Park Service seeks proposals for tamping and aligning an eight-mile section of railroad within Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Ohio, replacing two full and one partial railroad crossings, and one pedestrian crossing. The contract value is estimated between $500,000 to $1,000,000, is set aside 100% for small businesses, and utilizes a firm-fixed price construction contract governed by Ohio's Construction Wage Rate Requirements. Offerors must submit between three to five completed past performance questionnaires from previous projects demonstrating experience with similar scope, size, and complexity completed within the last five years. Proposals are due based on the solicitation documentation, and technical evaluation, past performance, and price will be evaluated.
