About this file

The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Finance and Facilities Division for the Indoor Firearms Range Maintenance and Lead Cleaning Services contract (Solicitation Number: 15F06725Q0000227). The questionnaire is designed to evaluate a contractor's performance across six key criteria: Quality of Service, Schedule, Cost Control, Business Relations, and Management of Key Personnel, using an adjectival rating system ranging from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory.

The solicitation seeks services for managing FBI indoor small firearms ranges located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Potential contractors are required to submit an Experience Narrative as part of their proposal, and completed questionnaires should be emailed directly to three FBI contracting officials: Maureen Murdock, Javia Warner, and Charles E. Julian. The evaluation form provides a structured method for previous clients or references to provide detailed feedback on the contractor's performance, which will be used in the selection process for this federal contract opportunity.
