About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract opportunity for underwater hull cleaning and associated work. The Military Sealift Command is soliciting proposals for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a five year ordering period. Both small and large businesses can compete for the requirement. If two or more small businesses receive awards, the government may reserve certain task orders for small business participants. Responses are due by the closing date listed in the solicitation. The past performance questionnaire requests ratings and comments on an incumbent contractor's performance in areas such as quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, personnel, and small business subcontracting. It will be used to evaluate offerors for the underwater hull cleaning and associated work contract.
