About this file

This document is a Part 1 Scope of Service Questionnaire for a driver monitoring services contract with Seminole County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) in Florida. The questionnaire seeks detailed information about a comprehensive driver record monitoring system capable of tracking approximately 1,475 licensed motor vehicle drivers, including 150 DOT-regulated commercial driver license holders. The document outlines extensive technical requirements for a web-based platform, including secure data storage, encryption, user authentication, reporting capabilities, and continuous monitoring of Florida driving records.

The questionnaire explores critical functionality such as data management (uploading, sorting, exporting), security features (cybersecurity insurance, multi-factor authentication, data breach notification), and monitoring capabilities (email alerts, record changes, MVR ordering). The system must support various monitoring frequencies, provide detailed reporting, and accommodate both Florida and out-of-state driving records. While no specific pricing is included in this document, the comprehensive questionnaire suggests the county is seeking a robust, secure, and flexible driver monitoring solution with advanced technological capabilities to manage driver records and maintain regulatory compliance.
