The project is for the CBJTC Brown House Dock at the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Starke, Florida, with an estimated construction cost of $105,000. Bidders must submit qualifications data and are subject to non-procurement debarment and suspension regulations.
The Supplementary Terms and Conditions outline additional details, including a 60-calendar day substantial completion requirement with liquidated damages of $52.50 per day for late completion, the provision of an Architect/Engineer's field office, and requirements for site security, Davis-Bacon compliance (if applicable), and a project sign. Pricing information is not provided, but the document indicates that all costs, including permits and fees, must be included in the bid proposal.
