PANWRN_19_P_0000_006077

Q&A #1 dated 10 April 2019

Q1) Details on the MK269 ballscrew actuator. We need to make physical provisions in our design to accommodate and mount to the actuator.

A1) If the question is referring to a lifting device to load and unload the cylinders to the stand....then the answer is, NO. No lift is needed, we will utilize and overhead crane in the area.

Q2) Is there a documented test procedure? We need this in order to ensure our controls and system functions can accomplish and record all of the required information.

A2) The only documented test procedure is the document provided to contracting, MIS- 31920B.

Q3) What Mil. Specs and Standards will apply to this test stand?

A3) MIS-31920B will be applicable to this stand.

Q4) How can I obtain a copy of the military specs and standards?

A4) The document is posted in the solicitation on FBO labeled as W45G18902900J1.

To gain access contractors must download the NDA that is attached to this solicitation, print, sign, and either upload to FBO or email to gary.richardson4.mil@mail.mil. After providing the signed NDA, contractors may request access to MIS-31920B via FBO.

Contractors also must be registered in SAM.
