About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) document providing clarification and answers to contractor inquiries regarding the 5K Security Systems Maintenance solicitation (PANRSA-26-P-0000-034790) issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal. The RFI addresses critical contract terms and technical requirements, confirming that offerors must submit pricing for one base year plus four option years, with subsequent years issued as option years rather than rebid opportunities. The Government confirmed that license renewal costs must be included in pricing, that corrective maintenance and equipment replacement will not be separately funded, and that the Dongle ID for pricing SUSP-W-ES coverage is 158683, with licenses expiring in 2026.
The RFI establishes mandatory technical qualifications, confirming that offerors must employ Certified System Engineers (CSEIP) certified through GSA APL Procurement policy to be considered technically acceptable for this Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201-compliant FICAM architecture work. The Government will not provide a standardized price sheet template; each vendor must develop its own pricing format. The solicitation covers maintenance and technical refreshment of Lenel-compatible access control, closed-circuit television, and intrusion detection systems at the PEO IEW&S facility in Huntsville, Alabama, including manufacturer certifications for access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems to be submitted with proposals. The quote submission deadline was revised to June 5, 2026, at 4:00 CST.
