About this file

The document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number PANMCC-25-P-0000-018806) for tents, tables, and chairs. The Q&A provides critical details about the contract requirements, including the specific chair quantities (2,598 white folding chairs and 2,812 white padded folding chairs), tent setup specifications, and logistical parameters. Key timeline details include a planned award date of no later than May 2, 2025, with contract completion required by May 16, 2025 at 1600 hours.

The Q&A clarifies several important contractual aspects: the contract is a firm fixed-price arrangement with payment through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), the contractor is responsible for providing all equipment and personnel, and specific installation requirements include staking all tents down and limiting setup to no more than 2 days prior to the event. The contractor must provide all necessary transportation, tools, and materials for delivery, setup, and teardown of tents, tables, tablecloths, and chairs. A Concept of Operations (CONOPS) will be provided, and an escort will be available for site access.
