Summary: Statement of Work (SOW)

This is a Statement of Work for office cubicle and furniture replacement services at Building 343, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The contract, with a contract number to be determined, requires the contractor to provide a comprehensive, turn-key project encompassing design validation, delivery, assembly, installation, and debris removal for new office cubicles and associated furniture across eight rooms (105, 105-A, 105-B, 108, 109, 110, 111, and 112). The existing cubicles are outdated and inefficiently configured, creating health and safety concerns related to ergonomics and cable management. The contractor must verify site conditions against provided layout drawings, confirm completeness of the Bill of Materials, coordinate ocean freight delivery from the mainland, stage all materials, assemble and install furniture to meet or exceed manufacturer standards and industry best practices, maintain daily site cleanliness, and remove all product-related trash and packaging for legal off-site disposal. Work must be completed within 180 calendar days from contract award, performed Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays, in coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative.

Two optional tasks are available at the Government's discretion: decommissioning and removal of existing furniture into a 30-yard dumpster (excluding DRMO), and providing a licensed electrician to connect furniture systems to existing building power without running new wiring or conduit. The Government is responsible for disconnecting and removing all personal belongings, providing worksite access and utilities, and designating a Contracting Officer's Representative as the primary point of contact. Final acceptance of work will be determined by Government verification that all tasks are completed in accordance with the SOW to a high standard of workmanship, with performance monitoring conducted through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
