About this file

This document appears to be a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services of Automatic, Handicap, Grille, and Roll Up Doors at various Army installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.

The PWS outlines the contractor's responsibilities for providing a comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair program for these door systems, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, and minor part/component replacement. The contractor must submit a monthly PM schedule, a quarterly/semi-annual PM report, and respond to emergency and routine service calls within specified timeframes. The PWS also includes requirements for uneconomical repair assessments, documentation of abuse/misuse, and weekly status reporting. The contractor must have certified technicians with relevant skills. This PWS supports a related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number PAN413-24-P-0000-001406) for these services, which is in the pre-solicitation phase. The government is conducting market research and requesting capability statements from interested qualified firms by May 31, 2024.
