About this file

This is Addendum #4 from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) for Project P1599036 regarding Filtration and UV System Installation at Mt. Shasta Hatchery in Siskiyou County, California. The addendum modifies the original design by replacing a concrete chamber with a prefabricated metal chamber for UV equipment installation. The scope includes installation of a Trojan UV3000 Plus system with 12 modules containing 96 total UV lamps, along with a drum filter model F4-5T and DFC system.

The contractor is responsible for purchasing the chamber with attachments from Integrated Aqua Systems Inc. (760-745-2201). The scope includes installation of aluminum channels, mounting brackets, davit crane, access ladders, sensors, and all electrical/plumbing connections. Site services by Integrated Aqua Systems will provide startup, commissioning and training, with one day allocated for the drum filter and two days for the UV sterilizer. Any additional time beyond the specified duration will be compensated through change orders.
