About this file
This document outlines a federal solicitation for construction services. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command seeks a contractor to construct a multi-story consolidated information center, headquarters administrative building, parking facilities, and support structures at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California. The estimated cost of construction is between $25-100 million. The acquisition will use best value tradeoff source selection procedures. The period of performance is 1200 calendar days from award. The solicitation will be available electronically only, and offerors must check the website daily for amendments. A market survey determined unrestricted competition was appropriate for this opportunity.

Questions & Answers
April 27, 2020
Question 1: We respectfully request a deadline extension to May 16th. This will provide a full 30 days from RFP release to assemble proposals, which is required for requesting PPQs from owners, etc.
Answer: Proposal due date and time remains unchanged. Offerors are reminded that previously submitted PPQs are acceptable (i.e., if you already have a completed PPQ for a project, you can re-submit that same PPQ for this procurement; you do not need to obtain a new one).
