About this file

This Statement of Work outlines requirements for audiology equipment calibration services at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics for the period of 03/01/2025 - 02/28/2030. The contractor must provide one annual onsite calibration for all Natus and Non-Natus hearing/balance equipment, with services to be performed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Technicians must be NASED-certified and use equipment that meets ANSI calibration standards.

The associated Special Notice indicates the VA's intent to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Natus Sensory INC (UEI: L7HAY83GYCX8) under NAICS code 811210. The VA determined through market research that Natus is the only company capable of providing the required calibration, training, and technical support services for their product line. Interested vendors may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to perform the work, including documentation from Natus authorizing them as a reseller or dealer, to emanuel.nevarez@va.gov referencing solicitation number 36C26325Q0228.
