About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice from the Chief Procurement Office for General Services in the state of Illinois. The notice indicates that the current joint purchasing master contract, 21-416CMS-BOSS4-P-30431JPMC SUP Incontinence Products, is being increased by $805,000.00 due to updating line items to address the significant needs of some under the State's care. Many of the current products are not sufficiently meeting the needs of patients, which can lead to conditions that are unhygienic and may cause discomfort and self-consciousness.

The change order is being made pursuant to Section 33E-9 of the Criminal Code, as the circumstances necessitating the change in performance were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed, and the change is germane to the original contract. The contract ends on 1/26/2023, and this is not a competitive solicitation opportunity.
