About this file

This is a VOC Emission Test Certificate issued by Berkeley Analytical for Clear Armor LLC's Clear Armor Security Laminate - SL 15 / BR product, which is being considered for a Florida State Attorney Public Defender ballistic window film procurement. The product sample was tested on July 1, 2026, and certified on July 22, 2026, according to the California Department of Public Health CDPH/EHLB/Standard Method Version 1.2, 2017 (Emission testing method for CA Specification 01350). The testing evaluated the product's compliance with VOC emission standards across two exposure scenarios: school classroom and private office environments. Berkeley Analytical, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, conducted the analysis and confirmed that the Clear Armor Security Laminate met all acceptance criteria for both individual VOCs of concern and formaldehyde concentrations in both exposure scenarios.

The test results demonstrate that the product complies with formaldehyde limits of 9.0 micrograms per cubic meter and total VOC ranges of 0.5 mg/m³ across both classroom and private office settings. The Clear Armor Security Laminate - SL 15 / BR product is recognized by major sustainability and building standards programs, including USGBC LEED Version 4/4.1, The WELL Building Standard v2, and ANSI/GBI 01-2019 Green Globes Assessment Protocol. Berkeley Analytical's certificate affirms that the measured VOC emissions from the tested sample met the acceptance criteria of the referenced standard, though the laboratory disclaims responsibility for any claims regarding products entered into commerce based on this test. The certificate was issued by Raja S. Tannous, Laboratory Director, and references detailed findings contained in Berkeley Analytical report 1582-001-01A-Jul2226.
