About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the University of Nebraska (NU) on behalf of OMNIA Partners, a national cooperative purchasing organization, for Lodging Services and Booking Tool. The RFP seeks an industry-recognized online booking tool for lodging services that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements specified, including a user-friendly platform, 24/7 availability, real-time search and booking, and secure payment options. The RFP is scheduled to close on June 24, 2022 at 2:00 PM CT. A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on May 25, 2022, and questions from bidders are due by June 3, 2022. The contract resulting from this RFP will allow OMNIA Partners' participating agencies nationwide to utilize the awarded vendor's lodging services and booking tools.
The RFP does not specify pricing terms or set-asides. It indicates the University of Nebraska may have different requirements than other OMNIA Partners participants, who will sign a supplemental or usage agreement based on the terms of the NU contract. The RFP emphasizes the importance of the bidder's financial stability and experience providing similar services, particularly within the last three years. Bidders are required to complete several OMNIA Partners exhibits and provide supporting documentation as part of their response.
