About this file

This is an Office Automation Form B2727762 for the City of Philadelphia, establishing requirements for equipment procurement and maintenance through the PHLContracts system. The procurement covers USB flash drives and portable hard drives as a requirements contract. The vendor must provide all installation and configuration services, including inside delivery to designated locations and debris removal. Products must be delivered pre-configured or configured at the City's location, with vendor-supplied literature available upon request. Training and instruction services are requested from the vendor.

The vendor must provide extended warranty coverage with minimum periods of five years for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, and three years for tablets, followed by on-site maintenance with next-day response including all parts and labor. Maintenance payment is due after equipment delivery and acceptance by the City. The City will accept refurbished equipment. The contract includes options for either three-year or five-year long-term maintenance (3Year-LO or 5Year-LO). All maintenance and support costs are payable post-delivery and post-acceptance, with pricing to be submitted as part of the vendor's quote.
