About this file
This is an Office Automation Form for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the City of Philadelphia for Panasonic CF-33s equipment in Pennsylvania. The procurement requires vendors to provide installation and configuration services at the desktop level, with all deliveries constituted as inside deliveries to a loading dock. The city requests that vendors submit product literature upon request and complete all installation and debris removal as part of the delivery process. Products must be delivered pre-configured or configured at the city's location, with vendors required to specify the platform if configuration is performed on-site. Instruction and training by the vendor are requested as part of this procurement.
Warranty coverage requirements establish a minimum five-year warranty period for servers and IT appliances, four years for laptops and PCs, and three years for tablets, with original equipment manufacturer warranty coverage on all peripherals including printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. Coverage begins following a 30 to 120-day acceptance period. On-site maintenance is required with next-day response time (within 24 hours) including all parts and labor, with payment for the chosen maintenance option due after equipment delivery and city acceptance. Maintenance options include a three-year or five-year service level agreement. The procurement does not specify whether refurbished equipment is acceptable, as this determination remains contingent on vendor response and city approval.
