About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for designing and installing a new rustic-themed customer service area at the Outdoor Recreation facility (Building 621) at Grand Forks Air Force Base. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation for the project, which includes completing a site visit, developing design proposals with material samples, and installing a new customer service area with specific features including two computer stations with ergonomic considerations, a Slat Display Wall, and back counter.
The scope encompasses design, installation, and completion phases with detailed requirements for material handling, utility installation, and post-installation cleanup. The contractor must ensure durable construction suitable for high-traffic use while incorporating rustic design elements. Work must be performed during normal duty hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday) in an occupied facility, requiring coordination with building occupants and the Government project manager to minimize disruptions. The project concludes with a final walk-through inspection with the ODR Manager and completion of any punch list items to their satisfaction.
