About this file
This is an Anti-Lobbying Certification document related to the County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner's Fencing Repair Services solicitation in California. The document serves as a certification requirement for bidders participating in this competitive procurement process. As a state and local contract opportunity, the solicitation requests qualified vendors to submit bids for fencing repair services through the County's electronic eProcurement Portal. The County has indicated that all available information has been provided to bidders, and it remains the responsibility of each bidder to thoroughly review, evaluate, and request clarification prior to bid submission. This is a fully electronic solicitation with no alternative bid submission methods accepted. Bidders are instructed to carefully review all instructions, the model contract terms and conditions, scope of work, and any attachments or exhibits before submitting proposals. Questions or requests for interpretations must be submitted through the solicitation's Question & Answer section, and bidders are prohibited from contacting other County personnel directly regarding solicitation matters.
The anti-lobbying certification requirement is a standard federal compliance provision applicable to this state and local contract opportunity. This certification ensures that bidders acknowledge and comply with restrictions on the use of federal funds for lobbying activities, as required under applicable federal regulations. Bidders must certify their understanding of and commitment to these anti-lobbying requirements as a condition of bid eligibility. Additional support for submitting proposals electronically is available through procurement-support@opengov.com or the help portal at https://help.procurement.opengov.com/en/. The contract will be awarded based on competitive bidding, with the final agreement to be established between the County and the selected contractor according to the model contract terms, conditions, and specified scope of work.
