About this file
This is an Office Automation Form from the City of Philadelphia outlining installation, configuration, and maintenance requirements for IT equipment procurement through PHLContracts. The request encompasses desktop equipment delivery with vendor-provided configuration at the City's location, instruction and training services, and maintenance support options. The procurement allows for both new and refurbished equipment and requires vendors to review all specifications before submitting quotes. Deliveries are specified as inside deliveries only.
The warranty requirements establish minimum coverage periods of five years for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, three years for tablets, and original manufacturer warranty for peripherals such as printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. On-site maintenance is available with next-day response requirements including parts and labor coverage, with payment due after equipment delivery and City acceptance. Vendors must offer either a three-year or five-year maintenance option. Vendor instruction and training are requested as part of the procurement, and the City will not accept equipment installation and debris removal at the desktop level by the vendor.
