About this file

This is an Office Automation Form B2626843 related to a City of Philadelphia contract opportunity for the procurement of two HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e multifunction devices. The contract specifies that all deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock, with the vendor responsible for providing installation and configuration services at no additional cost unless otherwise directed. The vendor must also submit product literature at the City's request. The scope of work includes equipment installation at the desktop with debris removal by the vendor, product configuration at the City's location, and instruction or training services as requested by the City departments.

The contract requires extended warranty coverage with minimum terms of five years for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, and three years for tablets, along with original equipment manufacturer warranty for peripherals. On-site maintenance is required with next-day response within 24 hours, including all parts and labor, with payment made after equipment delivery and acceptance by the City. The vendor may choose between a three-year or five-year limited-option maintenance plan. Refurbished equipment is not acceptable for this procurement. All City departments must submit requests through PHLContracts, and vendors must review all requirements before submitting quotes.
