The lease term is 10 years, with each unit having specific requirements for menu offerings, service style, and permitted/non-permitted items.
The RFP includes a Minimum Annual Concession Fee of $2,200,000 and an ACDBE (Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) Participation Goal of 25.0 percent. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority emphasizes sustainability requirements, including the use of compostable serviceware, prohibition of single-use plastics, and encouragement of organic and locally sourced products. Proposers are required to provide concepts that meet or exceed the detailed descriptions, with a focus on high-quality, quick-service options that cater to travelers' needs. The authority seeks meaningful local, regional, and national brands that can offer innovative and visually appealing concession experiences that exceed modern traveler expectations.
