About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Award issued by the Urban Flood Safety and Water Quality District (UFSWQD) for Geotechnical Engineering On-Call Services, solicitation RFP No. S-Q10054-00013941. On July 1, 2025, UFSWQD received proposals in response to their Request for Proposals, and has completed the evaluation process with the intent to award two contracts to the highest-rated proposers, Cornforth and GRI, pending Board approval and successful contract execution.

The Notice of Intent provides no specific details about contract pricing, set-asides, or funding sources. The procurement appears to be structured as an on-call services contract for geotechnical engineering, with the district seeking professional services to conduct detailed investigations and analyses of levee assets and facilities. The document indicates that two firms will be selected through a competitive proposal process, suggesting a multi-vendor approach to providing ongoing geotechnical engineering support for the Urban Flood Safety and Water Quality District.
