Synopsis: The 189AW intends to award a sole source contract to the Arkansas Activities Association (AAA), located in Arkansas, for the provision of advertising services related to Arkansas high school athletics. AAA is the exclusive governing body for interscholastic activities in the state and holds proprietary access to advertising platforms and event sponsorships within its sanctioned athletic programs.
