About this file

This document is a Notice of Cancellation for a solicitation from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) for the purchase of clay targets for the IDNR World Shooting and Recreational Complex. The solicitation, identified as BidBuy Reference Number 21-422DNR-DIREC-B-23586, has been cancelled pursuant to 44 ILL. ADM. CODE 1.2040 due to all vendors that submitted bids being non-responsive. The original solicitation sought to procure clay targets for the IDNR facility, but the State has determined that it no longer requires the supplies or services, or that the proposed amendments to the solicitation would be of such magnitude that a new solicitation is desirable.

The original contract opportunity, IDNR WSRC Clay Targets FY22, required electronic submissions only and did not accept paper responses. The state of Illinois was the jurisdiction involved in this solicitation. No further details are provided regarding pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information related to the original contract opportunity.
