About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center's annual membership renewal with the Maryland Hospital Association (MHA) for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The sole source procurement is valued at $47,147 and will provide the NIH Clinical Center with access to MHA's resources, advocacy, education, and innovative programs for Maryland's hospitals and health systems. The NIH Clinical Center, a 200-bed clinical research hospital employing approximately 2,000 employees across 24 departments, requires this membership to benefit from MHA's services, which are not available through any other organization. The procurement is being conducted under a Notice of Intent (NOI-CC-25-008192) with statutory authority under 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(1), allowing for a non-competitive acquisition based on MHA being the only responsible source meeting the agency's requirements.
