About this file

This document is a product specification sheet for the Nobles Speed Scrub floor scrubbing system, a walk-behind scrubbing machine available in three models with cleaning paths of 17 inches and 20 inches. The specification sheet details the technical capabilities and performance characteristics of the equipment relevant to Maine's procurement for floor scrubber machines. The three models feature solution tank capacities of 10.5 gallons, recovery tank capacities of 15 gallons, and productivity rates ranging from 8,440 to 21,420 square feet per hour depending on the model and cleaning method used. The machines are equipped with 1.0 horsepower scrub motors operating at 230 rpm, variable solution flow rates, and two-stage vacuum systems with 40-inch water lift capability. Propel speeds are variable up to 2.6 miles per hour during scrubbing operations, with gradeability of 3.0 to 5.0 degrees depending on the model configuration.

The Nobles Speed Scrub machines are powered by 24-volt battery systems with run times between 2.5 and 3.0 hours, depending on battery capacity ranging from 105 to 155 amp-hours. Net weights range from 203 to 216 pounds without batteries and 315 to 386 pounds with batteries installed. The equipment operates at 68.5 dBA sound levels and features a minimum aisle turning radius of 51.5 to 53 inches. The manufacturer provides a three-year warranty covering parts and labor for up to 2,500 hours of operation, with a ten-year warranty on the rotationally-molded polyethylene tanks. The specifications comply with ISSA cleaning time standards and ISO 11201 sound level measurement protocols.
